About the role
Join the pre‑opening team of Fairmont Udaipur Palace as a Front Office Ambassador, delivering a personalised, luxury experience to every guest. You will be the first point of contact, shaping memorable stays through warm hospitality and attentive service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a courteous and welcoming greeting to guests during arrival and departure, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes.
- Assist with luggage handling to and from rooms and vehicles.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including bus and taxi reservations for guests.
- Build strong, loyal relationships with repeat and new guests, anticipating their needs and providing personalized service.
Required profile
- Bright, engaging and warm personality with high standards of grooming, presentation and professionalism.
- Motivated, ambitious and proud of delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a desire to learn, develop and progress within the resort.
Required skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
- Ability to manage luggage and assist with guest transportation.
- Knowledge of the local area to promote the resort and surrounding attractions.
