Freelance Corporate Trainer

About the role

ADV Techminds is seeking a Freelance Corporate Trainer to design and deliver customized training programs for a wide range of technologies. You will work with clients in India and the USA, helping employees up‑skill and drive business success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver instructor‑led and virtual training sessions for Java Full‑Stack, Salesforce, SAP (FICO, MM, SD, BTP, HCMAI), AI/ML, Generative AI, and other emerging technologies.
• Create training materials, labs, and assessments aligned with adult learning principles.
• Adapt delivery methods to suit diverse learning styles and participant needs.
• Evaluate learner progress and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to keep content current.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years experience as a corporate trainer.
• Overall IT experience of 10 + years.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to tailor training to different audiences.
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common training tools.
