About the role
The FP&A Operations Analyst supports the finance function by delivering cost‑effective, high‑quality financial performance across the supply chain and project execution. You will work closely with project teams to provide insights that drive profitability and strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, rolling forecasts and financial plans.
- Perform monthly variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. forecast).
- Prepare management reports, dashboards and financial summaries.
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins and profitability trends.
- Develop and maintain financial models in Excel and PowerBI.
- Support month‑end closing and management reporting.
- Provide financial insights to support business strategy and new‑project evaluations.
- Prepare project budgets, cost‑tracking reports and cash‑flow projections.
- Conduct financial feasibility and profitability analyses.
- Monitor project costs against budget and track performance.
Required profile
- Basic experience in finance and manufacturing operations.
- Education equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree or a high‑school diploma with relevant experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to document, plan, and execute financial programs.
