Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Marriott Suites Pune. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, guest service, and operational efficiency during closing shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all closing duties including storing reusable items, breaking down supplies, cleaning equipment and work areas, and securing the premises.
• Restock stations, lock refrigerators, turn off lights, and complete the daily cleaning checklist.
• Set up and maintain work stations throughout the shift, ensuring china, glassware and silver are inspected for cleanliness and presentation.
• Follow company safety and security policies, report any accidents or unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training.
• Provide courteous guest service, answer telephone calls with proper etiquette, and uphold a professional appearance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lb, and moving across various surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
