Food and Beverage Service – Full‑time

About the role

Join Marriott International as a Food and Beverage Service associate in Mumbai, delivering high‑quality dining experiences to guests. You will work in a dynamic restaurant environment, handling food and drink orders, setting tables, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout each service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests according to service standards.
• Set tables for various events and answer menu‑related questions.
• Communicate with the kitchen about orders, wait times, and special dietary requirements.
• Record transactions in the MICROS POS system and present accurate checks for payment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and complete closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights.
• Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies while providing courteous service to all guests, including those with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lb unassisted.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
