About the role

OLIVER is looking for a senior FMCG Designer who blends high‑end beauty retouching with AI‑generated imagery. Based in Mumbai, you will work on premium projects for luxury and beauty brands, ensuring every visual meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑end retouching for beauty and luxury brand assets.
• Enhance and perfect AI‑generated images to align with luxury aesthetics.
• Maintain consistent brand visual language across all deliverables.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with creative and AI teams, providing technical guidance on AI capabilities.
• Contribute to workflow optimisation and process improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional retouching experience, preferably in beauty or luxury sectors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating premium retouching work.
• Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic judgment.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Photoshop proficiency.
• Expertise in color correction and skin‑tone retouching.
• Familiarity with AI imaging tools and workflow integration.
• Digital asset management and file preparation across platforms.
