Field Supervisor – Construction

About the role

Otis is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead construction activities for elevator projects in the Bhopal area. You will coordinate site operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and act as the primary liaison between clients, the sales team, and field crews.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage business plans for the assigned geographic area.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor construction jobs in consultation with the team.
• Conduct monthly progress reviews and on‑site inspections.
• Handle client interactions, collect fixed payments, and submit required documentation (BPR, AMT follow‑up).
• Ensure 100% compliance with safety and quality protocols.
• Coordinate material deliveries from the factory and forecast labor resources.
• Perform field safety audits and develop site safety/logistics plans.
• Provide field education and training to maintain a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in an Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevator or related construction industry (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Leadership, decision‑making, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
