Field Supervisor – Construction

About the role

The Field Supervisor – Construction will ensure safe and efficient installation of new elevators and modernization projects across commercial and residential sites in the Gurgaon area. You will work closely with sales, engineering, finance and field teams to deliver lifts on time and to Otis quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a safe working environment for installation crews at multiple construction sites.
• Coordinate lift installation, modernization, and commissioning activities.
• Interact with customers, builders, architects, and government inspectors to manage relationships and ensure compliance.
• Lead a team of commissioning engineers and field partner teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as factories, finance, and field engineering for smooth project execution.
• Conduct quality inspections and oversee lift handover both internally and externally.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• 5‑6 years of relevant experience, preferably in an elevator company.
• Proven team‑handling and communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑starter attitude.
