Field Supervisor – Construction (Elevator Installation)

About the role

Otis is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead construction and elevator installation projects in Nagpur. The role combines project planning, on‑site supervision, client interaction, and safety management to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare business plans and monthly schedules for the assigned area.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor jobs in consultation with the team, conducting regular site visits.
• Handle construction completions, interact with clients, follow up on AMT, submit BPR, and collect fixed payments.
• Ensure 100% compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales staff to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct field education training and regular safety audits.
• Coordinate material deliveries from the factory and forecast labor resources.
• Analyze project situations and develop contingency plans.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in an engineering discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• 5+ years of experience in the elevator industry, preferably in installation.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good decision‑making, time‑management, and organizational skills.
