About the role
The Executive Housekeeper leads the housekeeping, public‑area and laundry operations of a Radisson hotel, ensuring immaculate guest rooms and public spaces while supporting the hotel’s overall strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement housekeeping strategies aligned with the hotel’s mission and financial targets.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of rooms, public areas and laundry, maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Prepare and monitor the annual budget, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Determine staffing levels, schedule employees, and oversee recruitment and onboarding.
- Provide ongoing customer‑service, technical and safety training for all housekeeping staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
- Control inventory, purchasing and cost of linens, cleaning supplies and related materials.
- Coordinate room availability with the Front Office Manager and maintenance with the Chief Engineer.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and deliver 100% guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing housekeeping operations in a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
- Ability to develop budgets, monitor financial performance and control costs.
- Knowledge of health, safety and regulatory requirements for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and guest‑service orientation.
