Executive – B2B Logistics Operations

About the role

Nua is seeking a highly driven Executive to lead B2B logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for its business partners. This hands‑on role is critical for revenue realization and requires ownership, problem‑solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with 3PL partners, transporters, and courier services to plan and execute primary and secondary B2B shipments.
• Optimize shipment planning for cost efficiency, speed, and reliability.
• Track shipments proactively, maintain daily on‑time delivery (OTD) reports, and resolve delays quickly.
• Serve as the single point of contact between sales/key account managers and logistics partners, communicating order status and exceptions.
• Handle delivery delays, damages, shortages, and POD issues; conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate documentation of invoices, e‑way bills, and delivery challans for audits and partner compliance.
• Monitor freight costs, identify leakages, and drive cost‑saving initiatives without compromising service levels.
• Maintain and analyse logistics data to support reporting and continuous improvement.
