Executive Associate – Warehouse

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Associate for our warehouse to support cGMP‑compliant material handling and documentation. The role involves dispensing raw materials, maintaining cleanroom standards, and ensuring accurate record‑keeping in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cGMP records per SOPs and follow cGMP practices.
• Ensure cleanliness of CNC and Grade D warehouse areas and equipment per SOP/EOP.
• Prepare for internal and external audits.
• Dispense raw materials (solvents, acids) according to user requirements, process orders, and reservations.
• Operate laminar flow units, weighing balances, walk‑in cold rooms, freezers, and dynamic pass boxes.
• Execute SAP transactions and use the WiND system for dispensing.
• Follow good documentation practices at all times.
• Record e‑log entries for areas and equipment.
• Transfer dispensed materials to users/production following defined procedures.
• Calibrate and verify weighing balances in warehouse areas.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
• Ensure proper segregation and storage of materials per type and condition.
• Perform stock reconciliation as required.

Required profile

• Post‑graduation in Science or Chemistry.
• 2–3 years of experience in a regulated warehouse or similar environment.
• Competencies: strategic agility, innovation & creativity, customer centricity, developing talent, result orientation.

Required skills

• SAP transaction processing.
• WiND dispensing system.
• Operation of laminar flow units and dynamic pass boxes.
• Use and calibration of analytical weighing balances.
• cGMP documentation and record‑keeping.
