Event Executive

About the role

The Event Executive will oversee banquet and event operations at our New Delhi property, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team of staff, coordinate event set‑ups, and act as the primary point of contact for guests and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise staff teamwork, grooming standards, and uniform appearance.
• Communicate with guests and other departments to fulfill special banquet arrangements.
• Set up and inspect banquet rooms, furniture, equipment, and table settings for cleanliness and compliance with standards.
• Document event details in departmental logbooks.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
• Enforce company safety, security, and quality policies.
• Welcome guests, address service needs, and provide courteous assistance, including for individuals with disabilities.
• Answer telephone calls using professional etiquette.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related hospitality or event experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
