About the role

The Enterprise Tech Administrator I – End User Support provides high‑quality technical assistance to employees across the organization. You will ensure smooth operation of desktops, laptops, mobile devices and enterprise applications while collaborating with global IT teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver Level 1 & Level 2 support for Windows, macOS, productivity tools, VPN, network connectivity and enterprise applications.
  • Install, configure, image and patch end‑user devices using tools such as Intune, SCCM and Autopilot.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding, system setup and access provisioning.
  • Support identity and access management via Azure AD/M365 and maintain endpoint security standards.
  • Troubleshoot basic wired/wireless network, VPN and firewall access requests; support video‑conferencing and VoIP equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records in ITSM tools, create knowledge‑base articles and ensure policy compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims and asset lifecycle management.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (preferred).
  • 1‑3 years of experience in end‑user support or desktop administration.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, customer‑service orientation and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
