Endpoint Security Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Endpoint Security Engineer to provide expert‑level support and incident response for our security platforms. You will act as the subject matter expert, handling complex troubleshooting, configuration, and client‑focused policy tailoring.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for endpoint security tools and manage L3 escalations from clients.
• Configure, optimize, and maintain email filtering, DLP, encryption, and threat‑protection policies.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, produce detailed incident reports, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with client IT and security teams to implement best practices and integrate endpoint solutions.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and service requests, participating in change management and security governance.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and integrating endpoint security solutions.
• Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to the knowledge base.

Required profile

• Proven experience in endpoint security operations and incident response.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root‑cause investigations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for client and internal collaboration.
