About the role

The Embedded Project Manager (EPM) Lead acts as the heart of project success, bridging the client’s internal teams with external development partners. This senior position safeguards client interests, translates global methodologies into local execution, and ensures rigorous governance across design, scope, budget, schedule, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the monthly Principals' Meeting – set agendas, chair discussions, and track action items.
• Oversee Development Managers and Partners, ensuring alignment with client policies and standards.
• Proactively prevent conflicts between partners and maintain professional decorum.
• Coordinate internal integration with client teams, supporting seamless information flow.
• Maintain audit readiness, data integrity, and compliance with client control standards.
• Identify and drive opportunities to accelerate timelines and reduce costs.
• Ensure the project meets design intent, scope, budget, schedule, and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in governance and stakeholder orchestration for large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to act as a protector of client objectives and a connector of global practices to local delivery.
• Strong track record of overseeing development managers and external partners.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution, and meeting‑facilitation skills.
