Electrician

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join the facilities team at Oakridge International School in Visakhapatnam. The role involves ensuring reliable electrical services across the campus, supporting a safe learning environment for students and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment throughout the school.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections of wiring, panels, and lighting systems.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply and compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on generators and backup power systems.
• Support day‑to‑day electrical requirements for all campus facilities.

Required profile

• Relevant electrical qualification or certification.
• Experience working in a large institutional or campus environment.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and safeguarding vetting.
