About the role

Aerione Bharat is seeking a charismatic Anchor/Host to be the voice of its diverse events, ranging from corporate seminars to high-definition cinema shows at PVR. The role combines live presenting, audience engagement and brand representation across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead live hosting for corporate seminars, workshops and high-energy events.
• Present specialized shows at PVR Cinemas and deliver news-anchoring segments.
• Collaborate with the content team to create digital videos and online brand assets.
• Moderate Q&A sessions and panel discussions, ensuring smooth flow and audience interaction.
• Represent Aerione Bharat on-site, networking with attendees and maintaining a professional presence.

Required profile

• Fluency in Kannada; ability to switch seamlessly between Kannada and English.
• 1–3 years of experience in anchoring, public speaking or newsrooms; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Comfortable performing in front of large crowds and handling high-pressure situations.
• Versatile presenter capable of both formal event hosting and creative content creation.
• Professional appearance and formal dress code for on-stage engagements.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication in Kannada and English.
• Strong live-presentation and moderation abilities.
