Director – Head of CIB Consulting & Transformation (CIBC&T) India

About the role

BNP Paribas is seeking a senior leader to head its newly created CIB Consulting & Transformation (CIBC&T) practice in India. Reporting to the Head of CIBC&T EMEA, you will manage the India team, drive high‑impact consulting missions for the Indian territory and the India Solutions Private Limited (ISPL) centre of expertise, and contribute to regional and global projects as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the CIBC&T India team, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Develop and execute consulting engagements that frame, diagnose and deliver actionable recommendations for BNP Paribas business lines and global functions.
• Ensure alignment with CIBC&T EMEA processes, governance, budgeting and cost allocation.
• Collaborate closely with CIB Consulting APAC, CIB Transformation APAC and other global stakeholders.
• Represent the India franchise with clients, partners and internal CIB leaders, fostering the growth of the practice.

Required profile

• Proven senior consulting or transformation leadership experience within banking or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale high‑performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across senior management and global functions.
• Willingness to travel on an ad‑hoc basis.
