Digital Marketing Specialist & Webmaster (Mumbai)

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist who will also act as the company’s Webmaster. Based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for maintaining a high‑performing web presence while designing and executing data‑driven marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads for our B2B services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously optimise the corporate website (WordPress or custom CMS) for performance, security, uptime and SEO.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, fix Core Web Vitals, manage structured data, crawlability and indexation.
• Oversee domain, hosting, SSL certificates, DNS settings and third‑party integrations such as CRM and payment gateways.
• Develop, launch and test responsive landing pages, microsites and CRO experiments to improve conversion rates.
• Plan and run multi‑channel digital campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and email marketing.
• Maintain an editorial calendar aligned with business goals and Indian festive/seasonal cycles.
• Manage social media profiles, both organic and paid, to increase engagement and lead generation.
• Build, segment and automate email workflows using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot or Zoho Campaigns.
• Track, analyse and report KPI’s (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, organic traffic, conversion rate) on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers and product teams to create compelling digital assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience managing B2B websites and running performance‑focused digital campaigns.
• Commercially astute with a track record of upskilling in the past twelve months.

• WordPress and Webflow site management.
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
• Google Analytics, Google Search Console and GA4.
• Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Email marketing platforms: Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns.
