Digital Marketing Specialist – Tiles & Building Materials

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to boost the online presence of our tile and building‑materials portfolio. You will create and manage content across social channels, the company website and email/WhatsApp campaigns, driving traffic and qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule engaging posts (reels, carousels, stories) on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, showcasing product designs and applications.
• Run targeted paid campaigns (reach, lead generation, remarketing) using Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Maintain and update the corporate website, upload new products, publish blog articles and implement SEO tactics to improve rankings for tile‑related keywords.
• Produce visual and video content in collaboration with graphic designers, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and other tools, analysing traffic sources, lead quality and ROI, and deliver weekly/monthly reports.
• Design and distribute email newsletters and WhatsApp messages to dealers, architects and end‑customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in tiles or building‑materials.
• Strong creative mindset combined with analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• SEO implementation and keyword research.
• Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
• Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager for performance tracking.
• Canva and Adobe creative tools for graphic and video creation.
• WordPress (or similar CMS) for website updates.
• Basic video editing and content writing.
