About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of data‑driven online campaigns. The role focuses on generating qualified leads through paid media, SEO/SEM, and content initiatives while guiding a high‑performing marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with lead‑generation goals.
• Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to maximise ROI.
• Oversee SEO and SEM activities, ensuring organic visibility and paid search efficiency.
• Lead content marketing and email marketing programs to nurture prospects.
• Analyse performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and CRM data, providing actionable insights.
• Mentor and supervise a team of marketers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid media and lead generation.
• Proven track record of managing successful Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Excellent analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management skills.
