Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will work on‑site in Trivandrum, leading the planning, execution and optimisation of digital campaigns across multiple channels. This full‑time position supports both client projects and the company’s own training programmes, driving qualified leads and enhancing brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise paid and organic digital campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across key platforms.
• Coordinate content creation and creative assets with designers and developers.
• Track, analyse and report campaign performance using web analytics tools.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Oversee website and landing‑page updates to ensure brand consistency.
• Support marketing initiatives for the company’s digital marketing and website development courses, including audience targeting and conversion optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital marketing, campaign planning, execution and optimisation.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and lead generation.
• Ability to use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for performance measurement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Trivandrum, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or comparable practical experience.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
• Experience in the IT, education or training sector is a plus.
