Digital Marketing Language Specialist (Spanish/French)

About the role

We are seeking a performance‑driven Digital Marketing Language Specialist who can manage and optimise Google Ads and Search Ads campaigns while leveraging fluency in Spanish or French. The role is based in our Bangalore/Gurugram office and requires a hands‑on approach to improve ROI, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management and optimisation of Google Ads / Search Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and campaign structuring.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Implement and fine‑tune bidding strategies (Manual CPC, tCPA, tROAS).
• Perform A/B testing on ad copies and campaign layouts.
• Analyse search terms and user intent to enhance targeting.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently.
• Provide actionable insights through regular campaign analysis.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders when required.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Google Ads and performance marketing.
• B2‑level proficiency in Spanish or French (certification mandatory).
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical thinking.
• Comfortable working in rotational 24x7 shifts and a full‑time office environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
