Digital & E‑Commerce Manager

About the role

Accor is looking for a Digital & E‑Commerce Manager to drive online traffic, optimise marketing spend and increase revenue for Novotel Kolkata Hotels & Residences. You will lead SEM, display and email campaigns while collaborating with partners and tourism organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Increase qualified website traffic and generate incremental room nights.
• Plan, execute and optimise Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to meet ROI targets.
• Identify and manage affiliation and partnership opportunities at local, regional and country levels.
• Oversee display advertising campaigns, liaise with media agencies and analyse campaign ROIs.
• Coordinate website content to promote key destinations and markets.
• Design and launch tactical promotions such as Super Sale campaigns.
• Manage email marketing – create consistent e‑communication, grow the email database and improve ROI through analysis.
• Provide e‑commerce support to indirect account managers of major OTAs.
• Track KPIs, continuously improve website performance and deliver monthly reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and e‑commerce, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills for agencies, partners and tourism bodies.
• Results‑driven attitude focused on revenue growth.
