Delivery Associate

About the role

The Delivery Associate is responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of packages to customers across various locations. This role involves planning daily routes, handling packages, and confirming successful deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver allocated packages to customers on schedule.
• Plan daily travel routes based on delivery locations.
• Load and unload packages efficiently.
• Collect and record payments after delivery.
• Obtain customer acknowledgment confirming undamaged delivery.
• Read and interpret English addresses accurately.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 10th grade or above.
• Freshers are welcome; ability to handle 40 deliveries/pickups per day.
• Good knowledge of the assigned delivery area.
• Possession of a valid driving license and PAN, Aadhar, and bank documents.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in reading English addresses.
• Familiarity with using a smartphone for navigation and communication.
