Data Scientist (GenAI & Agentic AI)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Data Scientists to design and deliver AI‑powered, data‑driven solutions with a strong focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI systems. The role blends traditional statistical rigor with modern large‑language‑model techniques to create real business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Work with structured, semi‑structured, and unstructured data sources.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.
• Build, validate, and deploy statistical and machine‑learning models, including regression, classification, clustering, and time‑series forecasting.
• Design and analyze experiments such as A/B tests and hypothesis testing.
• Develop LLM‑powered and agentic AI solutions, including RAG, prompt engineering, and multi‑agent workflows.
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise data, APIs, and large‑scale datasets.
• Write clean, production‑quality Python and SQL code.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure model robustness and relevance.

Required profile

• 3–7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics.
• Strong foundation in statistics, traditional ML algorithms, and forecasting.
• Proven ability to combine conventional ML approaches with Generative AI techniques.
• Experience delivering measurable business impact.
