About the role
Bank of America’s Global Business Services is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to support fraud authorization and claim data systems. The role will partner with stakeholders to improve data organization, storage, and analysis throughout the fraud lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to oversee development and use of fraud authorization and claim data systems.
- Design and implement processes to organize, store, and analyze data and metadata for the fraud lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and communicate potential data quality issues in data collection, storage, and usage.
- Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data standards.
Required profile
- Experienced analytical professional with strong understanding of data processing and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing across all organization levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
