Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will manage high‑end order processing, ensuring that each transaction meets commercial, compliance, and customer‑experience standards. You will act as a bridge between customers, finance, and supply‑chain teams to guarantee smooth order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders using Oracle and Salesforce (SFDC) case management tools.
• Review and validate customer documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate shipment plans, hold releases, and item allocation with supply‑chain partners.
• Generate and send pro‑forma invoices, follow up on payments, and apply them with finance.
• Handle returns, RMA cases, and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Respond to customer queries on delivery periods, ETA, and order status.
• Provide pre‑sales support, prepare quotes, validate commercial terms, and track proposal status.
• Collaborate with finance for validations and with sales to improve quote‑to‑order conversion.

Required profile

• Graduate with 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in order management and proposal preparation.
• Experience with Oracle or Salesforce is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, analytical, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Customer‑oriented with the ability to adapt to varied tasks.
