About the role

We are seeking an energetic Customer Service Associate to join our fashion retail store in Pune. The associate will be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping them find the right products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product selection, sizing, and styling assistance.
• Maintain neat merchandise displays and keep shelves well stocked.
• Support billing and checkout processes when required.
• Ensure cleanliness and overall store presentation.
• Handle customer queries promptly and provide solutions.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service orientation and basic understanding of retail operations.
