About the role
Join Dun & Bradstreet as a Customer Service Apprentice in the Operations team. You will be the first point of contact for Service India Helpdesk queries, handling both email and IVR channels while learning how to deliver fast, SLA‑driven support.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, acknowledge, log and resolve customer queries through email and IVR, meeting defined SLAs.
- Act as the single point of contact, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Prevent and manage escalations by communicating clearly and following up proactively.
- Identify potential sales leads during interactions and forward them to the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and produce periodic reports on query volumes, SLA performance and escalation trends.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High ownership, accountability and ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously.
- Professional, calm demeanor when dealing with challenging or escalated customers.
