Custom Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance software components across our systems. You will work with modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high‑performing solutions that meet specific business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject‑matter expert, lead and collaborate with the development team.
• Make technical decisions and engage with multiple teams on key initiatives.
• Provide solutions to problems for your team and across other groups.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
• 15 years of full‑time education.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience designing and deploying cloud‑native applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Ability to integrate SAP services and APIs to build comprehensive solutions.
