Custom Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design, build and configure applications that meet our business processes and requirements. The role is based in our Gurugram office and involves close collaboration with multiple teams to deliver high‑quality, performant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject‑matter expert for SAP BTP Datasphere and guide the team on technical decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into application designs.
• Develop, test, and deploy cloud‑based applications, ensuring seamless data integration.
• Monitor project progress, manage delivery timelines, and provide timely updates.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions to uplift team capabilities.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for existing applications.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of experience working with SAP BTP Datasphere (at least 5 years overall in application development).
• 15 years of full‑time education (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree).
• Proven ability to lead and make decisions for a development team.
