Crew Accommodations Agent – Airline Support

About the role

The Crew Accommodations Agent supports airline crew members by managing hotel and ground‑transport bookings, handling last‑minute changes, and ensuring smooth layovers. Working closely with crew scheduling teams and external vendors, the agent operates under tight timelines, especially during massive irregular operations.

Key responsibilities

• Book hotel accommodations for flight attendants, pilots, ad‑hoc crews and other airline staff.
• Handle emergency crew relocations and last‑minute changes in coordination with the shift supervisor.
• Collaborate with crew scheduling, hotel desks, and ground‑transport vendors to resolve issues quickly.
• Use the TA Connections system to record reservations, approvals, and background information.
• Source compliant hotel options when contracted hotels are unavailable and obtain necessary approvals.
• Process payments to hotel and transportation vendors according to contractual terms.
• Maintain accurate attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
• Support account management, IT, billing, and commission teams with data gathering and troubleshooting.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
