About the role

Quince is seeking a Cotton & Blends Production Manager to oversee fiber inventory, quality control, and on‑time delivery for its textile manufacturing operations. The role ensures that raw cotton and blended fibers meet strict specifications and are available when needed to support efficient spinning schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cotton and blends fiber inventory levels to balance supply with spinning schedules while minimizing waste.
• Inspect and verify fiber quality—micron, length, and color consistency—before release to production.
• Implement checkpoints to catch non‑conforming fiber and prevent downstream defects.
• Coordinate with sourcing and warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory records and proper storage conditions.
• Own on‑time delivery performance, tracking supplier timelines to spinning mills and flagging potential delays.
• Proactively adjust production schedules to ensure fiber availability and communicate risks to cross‑functional partners.
