Contracts Manager – Craft Labor

About the role

ExxonMobil is seeking a Contracts Manager – Craft Labor to lead the development, negotiation and execution of labor, maintenance and fabrication contracts across its upstream, midstream and downstream operations. The role is based in Bangalore (Whitefield) and works on‑site five days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end contract management, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regional requirements.
• Plan, organize and control business contracts and negotiations for the acquisition of goods and services.
• Develop comprehensive labor, maintenance and fabrication agreements that deliver cost‑efficiency, quality and competitive terms.
• Drive value and market advantage through effective category management and operational integrity.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of contracts.
• Technical knowledge of service, maintenance and fabrication contracts used in oil & gas operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business clients and internal stakeholders.
