About the role
The Content Coordinator will oversee the planning, creation and distribution of CRM and marketing content across multiple channels for H&M Group. You will ensure that copy, translations and assets are accurate, on‑brand and delivered on time to support paid media and in‑store communications.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate content for CRM channels (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp) and local social or marketplace channels.
- Write, order, translate and validate marketing copy, ensuring quality across all touchpoints.
- Plan daily customer communications and anticipate asset production needs for paid media and store communications.
- Brief and collaborate with media agencies, production hubs and local content editors on paid‑media assets.
- Manage POS and store communication assets, aligning with global guidelines and coordinating with regional production teams.
- Maintain governance of paid‑media and in‑store content rollout, ensuring timely execution across markets.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content management, copy editing and proofreading, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks.
- Excellent linguistic abilities and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of local media landscapes and how media agencies operate.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM platforms and automation tools.
- Proficiency in creative and office software tools.
- Knowledge of formats and assets for paid media (TV, OOH, OLV, display, social, print).
- Familiarity with printed formats and digital screens used in retail stores.
