About the role

We are seeking a Concierge Executive to join Rainforest’s luxury villa management team in Goa. The role focuses on delivering seamless, high‑quality service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with external vendors to fulfill guest service requests.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests needing assistance with in‑villa services.
• Promote and upsell available in‑villa amenities and conveniences.
• Collaborate with property managers, operations staff, and internal teams to guarantee smooth service execution.
• Monitor and resolve guest requests quickly, maintaining the brand’s service standards.
