Communications Manager – CRM & User Engagement

About the role

We are looking for a Communications Manager to drive habit formation and user engagement for Yoga Circle through strategic CRM and WhatsApp‑led communication. You will own the lifecycle of our users, from onboarding to retention, using data‑driven experimentation to improve attendance and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and manage CRM campaigns across WhatsApp and other lifecycle channels.
• Build and maintain communication journeys for onboarding, reminders, engagement, retention and reactivation.
• Own MAU/WAU attendance metrics and optimize messaging, timing, CTAs and user journeys.
• Manage WhatsApp as a core engagement channel, overseeing quality, frequency, costs and exploring new automation formats.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, building dashboards and generating actionable insights.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or engagement communication.
• Strong understanding of user behaviour, engagement funnels and habit‑forming communication.
• Proven analytical ability to track metrics, run A/B tests and optimise campaigns.
