Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Lead Operations & Growth

About the role

Bonville Foods Pvt. Ltd., a leading producer of premium peanut butter for B2B and export markets, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to take full P&L ownership and drive the next phase of growth. Reporting to the Chairman, the CEO will oversee manufacturing, commercial strategy, and organisational transformation from the Morbi facility in Gujarat.

Key responsibilities

• Stabilise and strengthen the core B2B/export business amid rising competition.
• Develop and execute revenue strategies, rebuild sales pipelines and expand into new export markets.
• Lead pricing, contract negotiations and margin improvement initiatives.
• Professionalise operations with tighter financial controls, performance‑management systems and robust MIS reporting.
• Oversee end‑to‑end manufacturing, production planning, quality control and capacity utilisation while ensuring regulatory compliance (FSSAI, export certifications).
• Manage full P&L, budgets, forecasts, cash flow and capital allocation.
• Build, mentor and hold accountable a high‑performing leadership team across operations, sales, finance and supply chain.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive experience in food manufacturing or related export‑focused industry.
• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial excellence and operational discipline.
• Strong track record of P&L responsibility and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Experience navigating international trade policies and government incentive programmes.
