About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive who is just starting their career. The role focuses on generating leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales team to close deals.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, calls, emails and other platforms.
  • Reach out to prospects and clearly explain our services or products.
  • Maintain a lead database and conduct regular follow‑ups.
  • Assist in client meetings and presentations.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Prepare reports on lead generation and sales activities.

Required profile

  • Graduate or final‑year student with a strong interest in sales, marketing or business development.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
  • Confidence speaking with clients and a self‑motivated, target‑driven attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
  • Prior internship experience is a plus but not mandatory.
