About the role
This position drives strategic growth for NBBL’s B2B product suite, focusing on user acquisition, activation and revenue generation. The associate works closely with product, compliance, technology and other internal teams to launch new features and enhance the user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, activation and revenue for B2B products.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, technology, risk, legal and certification teams to launch new features and optimise the customer journey.
- Own P&L targets, onboarding and activation metrics for assigned categories.
- Lead relationship management with banks, payment aggregators, and third‑party service providers, ensuring fast closure of client needs.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations and competitive landscape.
- Build deep product knowledge and create compelling business models and pitch decks for prospects.
- Manage onboarding and go‑live projects for new partners across RuPay, UPI, IMPS, AePS and related services.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B business development or sales.
- BE/B.Tech with MBA or equivalent qualification.
- Based in Mumbai, Chennai or Bangalore.
- Proven ability to meet revenue and customer acquisition targets.
- Strong relationship‑building and client‑management skills.
