Business Banking Working Capital Relationship Manager

About the role

The Business Banking Working Capital Relationship Manager will acquire new asset relationships and manage a portfolio of 30‑40 BBG customers in the Jaipur circle. The role focuses on high‑net‑worth relationship management, delivering quality service and driving profitability for the bank’s working‑capital portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve business targets on volume and profitability for BBG customers.
• Generate leads through branch interaction, update CRM, and ensure full lead conversion.
• Identify and scope market opportunities, develop penetration strategies and coordinate with branch teams.
• Conduct regular client calls, document interactions in CRM and assign tasks to relevant departments.
• Review portfolio performance monthly with product groups and supervisors to improve product penetration.
• Enhance portfolio yield and return on capital at the RM level.
• Manage documentation pre‑ and post‑disbursement, including legal, valuation and deferral closure.
• Cross‑sell liabilities, corporate salary accounts, other asset products and TPP to existing relationships.
• Increase IPH and CTG to maximize revenue.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in banking or NBFC.
• Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Capability to manage a portfolio of 30‑40 BBG relationships and interact effectively with branch teams.
• Good understanding of working‑capital products and documentation processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
