About the role
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3‑6 years of experience in analytics and systems development to drive awareness of requirements across business units. You will act as a thought leader, creating prototypes and management plans that improve efficiency and productivity in the capital markets domain.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to develop analyses, documentation, and monthly status reports.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements continuously.
- Author and update internal and external documentation, initiating and delivering requirements.
- Conduct daily systems analytics, troubleshoot issues, and maximize effectiveness.
- Build and execute UAT test scenarios, manage defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
Required profile
- 3‑6 years of experience in analytics and systems development.
- Strong analytical abilities and high proficiency with SQL.
- Experience generating process documentation and reports.
- Background in Capital Market domains such as Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, and Commodities trade settlement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
