Business Analyst – Capital Markets & Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3‑6 years of experience in analytics and systems development to drive awareness of requirements across business units. You will act as a thought leader, creating prototypes and management plans that improve efficiency and productivity in the capital markets domain.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to develop analyses, documentation, and monthly status reports.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements continuously.
• Author and update internal and external documentation, initiating and delivering requirements.
• Conduct daily systems analytics, troubleshoot issues, and maximize effectiveness.
• Build and execute UAT test scenarios, manage defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in analytics and systems development.
• Strong analytical abilities and high proficiency with SQL.
• Experience generating process documentation and reports.
• Background in Capital Market domains such as Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, and Commodities trade settlement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
