Brewer/Host – Specialty Beverage Production

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Brewer/Host to join our specialty beverage team. In this position you will support daily brewing operations, learn industry‑standard processes, and grow your career within the specialty coffee sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily brewing and production activities, following standard operating procedures.
• Prepare, clean, and sanitize brewing equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
• Monitor brewing processes, record production data, and ensure quality compliance.
• Handle raw materials, manage inventory, and support stock control.
• Assist with packaging, storage, and dispatch of finished products.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and quality procedures throughout the workflow.

Required profile

• Interest in brewing, coffee, or food‑production environments.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and quality standards.
• Willingness to learn in a fast‑paced, hands‑on setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Prior experience in brewing, production, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
