About the role
Plush is seeking a proactive Brand Manager to own the end‑to‑end performance of assigned product categories. You will combine strategic thinking with data‑driven decision‑making to drive revenue, margins, and growth across product, pricing, inventory, and marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own the P&L for the category, defining roadmap, assortment mix, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and design teams on new launches, lifecycle management, pricing, and positioning.
- Forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and work with supply chain to prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Track key performance metrics (sales, conversion, AOV, margins) and derive insights for continuous improvement.
- Partner with marketing for campaigns, launches, and promotions, and coordinate with operations, finance, and marketplace teams for seamless execution.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in category management, merchandising, or e‑commerce.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience with D2C, e‑commerce, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution in a fast‑paced environment.
