About the role
The Bellman is the first point of contact for guests arriving at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach. You will greet visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a seamless and memorable start to their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival, providing courteous assistance.
- Handle luggage, store items securely, and deliver them to guest rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms while highlighting hotel facilities and services.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and support them courteously.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming lobby and entrance area.
- Assist with transportation arrangements and guest departures.
- Uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality and guest service at all times.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a tidy lobby area.
- Team player who can coordinate effectively with other hotel departments.
