About the role
Accor is seeking a proactive Banquet Executive to oversee the complete lifecycle of banquet events. You will ensure every function runs smoothly, from setup to breakdown, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the setup, service, and breakdown of all banquet functions according to event orders (BEOs).
- Lead, train, and motivate the banquet team, conduct pre‑event briefings and manage staff schedules.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests during events, handling requests, inquiries, and promptly resolving any issues.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards to maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, oversee equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with Culinary, Events, and Sales teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel banquet operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with the capacity to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
