Bank Teller

About the role

IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Bank Teller to join its Ratlam branch. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling everyday banking transactions while delivering a friendly and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous manner.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other routine banking transactions.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Promote bank products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Follow all bank policies, procedures and security protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet branch targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
