Bancassurance Partner Lead – Asset Vertical

About the role

The role is responsible for leading the bancassurance partnership for the Asset vertical, driving cost efficiencies, revenue targets and profitability. It also involves strategising business development and team engagement to expand and strengthen the partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the bancassurance partnership for the Asset vertical, ensuring cost efficiencies, revenue targets and profitability.
• Develop and execute business development strategies with the bank partner to expand the partnership and drive growth.
• Design and implement sales strategies together with the ABSLI team to meet vertical targets.
• Forecast requirements, prepare annual budgets, control expenses and take corrective actions to optimise performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing bancassurance or insurance distribution relationships.
• Strong track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to lead teams and engage stakeholders across banking and insurance functions.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
